Membership is open to public or parochial
school boys and girls, who are enrolled in grades four through
twelve. They assist the priest at Sunday, weekday and wedding
liturgies. |

This ministry distributes Jesus' Eucharistic
presence at our parish community Masses. Ministers also bring
the Eucharist to the homebound. |

GREETERS AND USHERS ~ Father Jim Considine Greeters and Ushers have the opportunity and
the responsibility to represent the rest of the assembly in offering
hospitality; and assist in the orderly flow of the celebration. |

LAZARUS MINISTRY ~ Christopher McGrath
This ministry assists families who are in the
process of making funeral liturgy planning. |

LECTORS ~ Sister Marie Pierson
This Ministry is Proclaiming the Word of God
with faith, meaning and skill truly enlivens the message of God in the
assembly. |

MUSIC MINISTRY ~ Christopher McGrath
The music ministry at Saint James is planned
to enhance the liturgical celebrations during the church year.
The Saint James Adult Choir meets for rehearsal Thursday evenings at
7:30 p.m. in the Church. We are currently in the process of
forming a Children's & Youth choir. |

The Ministry of the Sacristan is to assist
the Celebrant in the preparation and maintenance of the liturgical
space. |
