The School Fee must be paid in full for your child's registration to be completed and space reserved for him/her for the coming year. This fee includes HSA Dues, Book Fee, Computer Fee, Registration Fee and school notebooks and tablets.

ACTIVE PARISHIONER OF ST. JAMES:

Active parishioners, as defined by the Diocese of Metuchen, are those members of the parish who enjoy membership by:

1. Registration

2. Participation in parish life.

3. Belief in the core of the Church teaching

4. Regular attendance at Sunday Mass

5. Giving the gift of time, talent and treasure

6. Financially supporting the life of our Parish at St. James in the amount of $350.00 per year ($1.10 per day.) (January 2008-December 31, 2008)

Parent's tuition obligation will be:

Fourth Child	$ 838.00

ACTIVE CATHOLICS FROM PARISHES WITHOUT A SCHOOL:

Active families will have their tuition subsidized by their OWN PARISH. Each family will be contacted by their Pastor and a completed Parish Verification Card will be forwarded to St. James for the 2008-2009 school year. The subsidy, from the sending parish, will be in the amount of $to be determined per child.

*According to diocesan policy: For 2008-2009 School year, tuition will be semester based, Therefore it is non-refundable per semester. Additional child discount not applicable for Pre-K program.
